  • Does Cate B Travel purchase flights?

    The super short answer is 'not normally'.

    For the most part, Cate B Travel does not purchase flights for our clients' travel plans. To be perfecty honest, we can't get our clients any better rates then they can find for themselves. Also, if anything does happen to go wrong - delayed flights, cancelled flights, etc. - airlines really only want to deal with the actual traveler.  Our travel advisors do offer  recommendations when choosing flights. We also make sure to take into acount flights and airfare when desiging the trip. 

    However, there are a few times where we are able to bundle flights with travel that make sense for clients. Examples of this are with cruises and some full-service tour groups. If these options are available, Cate B Travel Advisors will work directly with clients to review the options and make the best choice as it works individually for our clients.

  • How do I make payments on my trip?

    When booking through Cate B Travel, we take great care to obtain your payment information securely. For deposits, our travel advisors will send clients a secure website link that is connected to the clients travel details. Clients' payment methods are then saved off-site on a multi-method secure location. 

    Moving forward, clients need only to send a quick message to their TA to make a payment. Switching payment methods is also just as easy as requesting a new web link,
